Come play kickball, February 19th!

Meeting at Keaau Shipman park February 19th, at 10am for another round of our favorite game kickball! See you Tuesday, rain or shine.
I just wanted to add that the turnout for kickball has been amazing! One day we counted 25 children, and it seems to be between 15-25 each week that show up.
The excitement on their little faces as they run around the bases and learn to follow the rules of the game has been very rewarding. I have seen the immense progress many of the kids have made in their ability to kick, throw, and protect bases, and I'm impressed! You can see the pride on their faces! Thanks to all the wonderful families that have come out to play! And hats off to the homeschool dads who are always out on the field cheering on the little ones, and helping them along. Your help and presence has been super appreciated.
Practicing pitching the ball to each other.
After about an hour of kickball we head over to the playground for free-play and games of tag. One mom remarked at how well all the kids play together, and how natural they all get along after playing a game of kickball together. That's called bonding, my friends! It's really wonderful to see our keiki bond and form friendships together. See you all tomorrow!
Playground free play!
